The company has been based in Durmersheim, Baden-Württemberg, since it was founded by Robert Kary and Albert Mangler in 1988.
Here in southern Germany, all components are subjected to intensive quality checks – from as early as the initial stages of development and, of course, during the incoming goods inspection.
Only new parts that have successfully passed all tests are accepted into our warehouse in Durmersheim.

In April 2017, KM AUTO TECHNIK Kary + Mangler GmbH became part of Ferdinand Bilstein GmbH + Co. KG based in the town Ennepetal in North Rhine-Westphalia.
This also involves official integration of KM into the bilstein group, the umbrella brand of Ferdinand Bilstein GmbH + Co. KG. Integration of KM is expected to be concluded during the course of 2018.
For KM customers, this means that: You will benefit from additional services, the international presence of the bilstein group and their efficient logistics processes.
At the same time, you will still be able to depend on the strengths of the southern German clutch specialists in future as well.
